Dr. Julie Monday offers a unique and comprehensive expertise in parent coaching, rooted in her doctorate in clinical psychology and a strong foundation in Family Systems Theory and child development. Through four internships focused on early childhood and families facing psychosocial challenges, Dr. Monday gained hands-on experience in developing strategies that honor the needs of a child’s growing brain and the critical role of secure caregiver attachment. Her background also includes three years as a kindergarten teacher and early work in autism classrooms, enriching her understanding of atypical development and behavior management. Dr. Monday’s approach combines insights from behaviorism, attachment, family systems, and neuroscience to provide parents with a holistic, evidence-based framework for fostering resilient, healthy relationships. Most importantly, she is deeply passionate about helping parents and children build secure, trust-based attachments. Dr. Monday recognizes that both children and parents often experience feelings of misunderstanding and isolation, and her mission is to bridge that gap, fostering empathy and mutual understanding so children can thrive and parents feel empowered in their roles.
